These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the nasib888 platform ("Platform", "Site"), operated at the domain nasib888.cam ("nasib888", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To register and maintain an Account on nasib888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or nominee of any third party.
4. You do not hold any current or prior Account that has been suspended or terminated by nasib888 for breach of these Terms.
5. You have not been diagnosed with, or are not aware of suffering from, a gambling addiction or problem gambling condition that would make your participation in gambling activity unsuitable at this time.
6. You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform as part of a responsible gambling programme that is currently active.
7. All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes an immediate and material breach of these Terms.

nasib888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility criteria are not met or where the User cannot substantiate compliance with the requirements above.

Each User may hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identity information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any balances held across multiple accounts may be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. nasib888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify nasib888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

KYC Verification Requirements

Before any withdrawal is processed, and in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations, nasib888 requires completion of KYC verification. Documents typically required include:

• Valid government-issued photo ID — Malaysian MyKad (IC), Driver's Licence, or Passport
• Proof of current residential address — utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three (3) months
• Selfie photograph holding your ID beside your face, taken in clear natural lighting
• Source of funds documentation — where requested for withdrawals above applicable thresholds

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. nasib888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

Access to and use of the nasib888 Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• You will not attempt to access, manipulate, or interfere with the Platform's systems, servers, databases, or software.
• You will not use the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating a betting exchange, reselling access, or providing tipping services using nasib888 markets.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of profit. All decisions to wager are made voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal user behaviour.

nasib888 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of all services at all times. Scheduled maintenance and technical interruptions may occur and will be communicated where practicable.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using payment methods supported by nasib888, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, GrabPay, online bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and selected cryptocurrency wallets (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund. nasib888 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's financial institution or payment service provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Standard processing time is under five (5) minutes for eligible e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals, and up to one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to volume and verification status.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: as displayed on the withdrawal page at time of request.
• nasib888 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• In cases of suspected fraud or pending investigation, nasib888 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing. The User will be notified where permissible.

nasib888 offers a range of promotional bonuses, welcome offers, VIP tier rewards, and cashback programmes ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the Promotion at the time of offer. The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. Age verification must be completed before Promotion benefits are activated.
• Each Promotion may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method, unless the specific Promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become withdrawable as Real Funds.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports betting, live football, and casino markets offered on the nasib888 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform and settlement is determined in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body or event organiser.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrectly offered market, odds, or settlement, nasib888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
• nasib888 reserves the right to impose bet limits on any market, event, or individual account without prior notice.
• Live and in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds adjustments. A bet is only confirmed when the Platform issues a written confirmation; any bet submitted during an odds change or temporary suspension may be rejected or subject to revised odds.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of nasib888's trading team shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14.
• Matches involving Malaysian football fixtures including Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup, and Piala Malaysia are settled based on the full-time result or as specified per market type. Extra time and penalty shootout outcomes are not included in standard full-time result markets unless explicitly stated.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on nasib888 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or using more than one Account, whether in your own name or any other identity.
• Using the Account of another person, whether with or without their consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users in any game or market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain advantage; any such gains are subject to voiding.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform support staff or other users.
• Circumventing geographic or account restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies.

nasib888 monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, nasib888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the relevant Account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold or return funds pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, nasib888 may report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities.

All content on the nasib888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, source code, databases, audio, and video material ("Content"), is the intellectual property of nasib888 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, download, or distribute any Content without prior written consent from nasib888.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its Content.
• Use nasib888's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, nasib888, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of winnings, profits, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms.

Without limiting the foregoing, nasib888 does not accept liability for:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or errors caused by third-party payment providers, internet service disruptions, or circumstances beyond nasib888's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including incorrect bet placement or missed wagering requirements.
• Any financial loss resulting from unauthorised access to a User's Account due to negligence by the User in maintaining credential security.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided on third-party websites linked from or to the Platform.

In all cases, nasib888's maximum aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

nasib888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only. Gambling should never be considered a source of income or a means of financial recovery.

nasib888 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users, available at no cost through the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.

• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).

nasib888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• nasib888 is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• The User is found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk of harm to the User under nasib888's responsible gambling obligations.

Upon termination for cause, nasib888 may void all Bonus Funds and pending promotional winnings. Real Funds balances shall be handled in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and the findings of any ongoing investigation.

A User may request voluntary Account closure by contacting the nasib888 support team. Any remaining Real Funds balance will be returned to a verified withdrawal method following completion of applicable verification checks, subject to no outstanding bonus terms or investigative holds.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the nasib888 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under nasib888's international operating licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights where applicable under the laws of their country of residence.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account balance, or the application of these Terms, you should contact nasib888 support in the first instance. nasib888 commits to investigating all formal complaints within five (5) business days and providing a written response.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under nasib888's licensing framework. Details of the applicable escalation process are available by contacting the support team directly.

nasib888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect User rights or obligations — nasib888 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Users through the Platform or via registered email address.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. nasib888 recommends checking this page at intervals or whenever you receive a notification of update.
